What we are doing about COVID-19…

In light of the recent concern regarding COVID-19, we want to reassure or customers that we have always prioritised providing a clean and safe venue for our customers to enjoy.

In response to this, we have increased our cleaning regimes, and have brought in extra measures in an effort to keep our venue as clean as possible, with extra attention being given to more susceptible surfaces ie. doorhandles, keys etc. which we regularly clean with disinfectant.

We will continue to monitor the situation, and inline with advice from the NHS and PHE, will continue to increase these practices in an effort to minimise the risk to both our customers and the staff here at Touch Sauna.

Furthermore, we respectfully ask that that you please do not attend if you have visited or travelled through main land China, Thailand, northern Italy (anywhere north of Pisa, Florence, Rimini) Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Japan, Republic of Korea (South Korea) Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau & Iran and have symptoms of a cough, fever, or shortness of  breath within 2 weeks of returning and if you also suspect you may have been in contact with someone who may have a case of coronavirus also known as COVID-19 please call NHS 111 for further advice .

What you should do…

In addition to these measures, we feel that it would be useful to share with you the guidance from Public Health England

In Summary, the general principles to prevent the spread of the infection (and any respiratory virus) include:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based sanitiser if soap and water are not available.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Cover your cough and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the bins provided. Immediately wash your hands again.
  • Do your best to regularly disinfect frequently touched surfaces in the home (as we will be doing for you in our venue).
  • If you experience symptoms, (cough, high temperature and or shortness of breath) stay indoors and avoid contact with other people. Phone 111 for guidance.
